The process of buying or selling a home falls into four phases with overlap:  Decision to sell and/or buy and loan pre-approval if applicable The process of finding or selling your home The escrow process once you are in contract After close of escrow – follow-up and lasting friendship Typically, much of my service to you occurs during Phase 2 and 3. During Phase 2 we’ll work together as a team to accomplish your goals. In Phase 3, I will lead. I’ll work hard to ensure the escrow process moves forward in an accurate, professional and timely manner. My role is that of a trusted advisor. My goal is to make your transition as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

WHO AM I?

Prior to my career in real estate I worked for Hewlett-Packard in various marketing and engineering roles and had my own consulting business after leaving HP. I hold a B.A in Marketing from California State University - San Jose and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from University of Santa Cruz. I make a conscious effort to stay abreast of the latest contract versions and changes related to my practice. WHERE AM I?

I have been in Santa Cruz County for the past 25 years and currently own a home in Aptos.  Prior to that I was a resident in cities in Silicon Valley.  My office is in Capitola, California.  I can do real estate anywhere in California and concentrate in Santa Cruz County, Monterey County and Silicon Valley.
